Find a theologically sound church in your area

Finding a Godly church with strong, exemplary leaders and sound theology is not always easy. With me being in the deep south, I am used to seeing a church on every corner. The number of professing ‘evangelical’ churches within a dozen miles of my home is probably in the hundreds. But unfortunately, few, if any, hold to strong biblical convictions and faithful teaching of God’s word. Simply put, the number of churches that are faithful to God’s word are few and far between. Thus, the process of visiting and evaluating can often take many months, if not longer. Even within the several hundred that are within driving distance of my home, there are very few that are worthy of a recommendation.
I am also currently looking for a church home, so I too value the resources that allow one to weed out the unfaithful churches in a given area. I am currently visiting two churches in the Atlanta area, and would at this time recommend both to you.
